In order to book a $20 deposit is required. The rest balance is taken in person at the end of your service. If you are a gift card holder, please give us a call at 248.688.0882. Your gift card will be redeemed at the end of your service.

Before Your Service
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time for a smooth check-in and consultation
​
Hair Prep: To ensure you get the absolute most out of your relaxing Head Spa experience, please arrive with your hair unwashed but fully detangled. (Please note: extensive detangling will cut into your scheduled massage time).
​
We highly recommend arriving makeup-free and leaving valuable jewelry at home so you can fully relax. However, if you do wear jewelry to your appointment, a small tray will be provided in your treatment room for safe keeping during your session

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Reservation Policy: To secure your appointment, a deposit of $20 is required. The remaining balance will be collected at the spa on the day of your visit. Your reserved time at The PureTime is dedicated entirely to your relaxation
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Transfer Policy: Reservations may be transferred to another person at any time.

Courtesy Reminders
While we utilize automated text and email systems to send courtesy reminders of your upcoming visit, please be aware that managing your appointment time remains your responsibility. Unreceived electronic notifications do not exempt a reservation from our cancellation policy.

Emergencies & Inclement Weather
We understand that true emergencies, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances (such as power outages) are beyond anyone's control. In these instances, we will happily waive any cancellation fees and work with you to reschedule your experience when it is safe to do so.

Important Notice Regarding Duo Room Bookings
Our Duo Room is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, please note that booking two concurrent appointments does not guarantee a shared room. If you highly prefer to be in the same room, please call us at 248.688.0882 before booking online. We will gladly check availability or help adjust your appointment time to make it work!
Pregnancy
Head Spa is a safe practice for pregnancy. However we do not accept more than 6 Months (26 Weeks) pregnant women as it may feel uncomfortable lying down.

If you're comfortable lying down for 50-75 minutes and can sign a waiver before the service, you're welcome to enjoy our services during pregnancy.
Lost Items
Please note that The PureTime Head Spa is not responsible for lost or forgetten belongings.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds for eGift Cards or Physical Gift Cards. However, adjustments can be made in case of miswritten email addresses.
