Securing Your Reservation

Your reserved time at The PureTime is dedicated entirely to your relaxation. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card on file is required. We understand that unforeseen schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling (48 hours is greatly appreciated).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Because our services are reserved exclusively for you, providing sufficient notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests on our waitlist. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a "no-show," a fee equal to 30% of your booked service value will be charged to the card on file.

Courtesy Reminders

While we utilize automated text and email systems to send courtesy reminders of your upcoming visit, please be aware that managing your appointment time remains your responsibility. Unreceived electronic notifications do not exempt a reservation from our cancellation policy.

Our Mutual Respect Guarantee

We recognize that your time is just as valuable as ours. In the rare event that The PureTime must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will issue you a PureTime gift card equal to 30% of your booked service value, to be enjoyed during your seamlessly rescheduled visit.

Emergencies & Inclement Weather

We understand that true emergencies, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances (such as power outages) are beyond anyone's control. In these instances, we will happily waive any cancellation fees and work with you to reschedule your experience when it is safe to do so.
